Trust is such an elusive concep...Interesting post.. Trust is such an elusive concept but is essential for the long term partnerships we want to create with employees. I agree with Alan that this is a choice and a long term investment. Many times it is a choice between happiness and trust of our employees, and the happiness choice is the easy but also short term.
