Be social about your appreciation. Peer to peer "shout outs" are always great to build momentum toward gaining goals. Social Media can be a tool, using Facebook, for any company! Words of appreciation, achievements announced, and shared with family and friends, as well as, workmates! Employee recognition is vital to the life and vitality of any company! Expand the borders of your recognition with social media.
